Deleting your account removes your profile, stories, comments, progress and Forky Bucks balance. We start within 24 hours and finish within 30 days. You don’t need the app installed to request it.

Option 1: In the app
- Open Forky and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, read what will be removed, and confirm.
You’ll be signed out straight away and receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email admin@ethereallabs.in with the subject “Forky Account Deletion”. Include:
- how you sign in (Google, Apple, Facebook or phone number);
- the email address or phone number linked to your account, and your username.
Send it from the address linked to your account if you can. We may ask you to confirm you own the account so that nobody else can delete it. We acknowledge within 24 hours and confirm by email once deletion is complete.
Guest data
If you use Forky without an account, your progress and a guest identifier are stored on your device and in a guest session on our servers. Uninstalling the app clears the device copy. To clear the server copy, email us with the subject “Forky Account Deletion” and the guest ID shown under Settings → About. Limited security logs may remain for up to 180 days.

What we may keep, and why

Before you delete
- Forky Bucks: any purchased or promotional balance and unlocked stories are lost when the account is deleted. Purchases through Apple or Google are not refunded by deletion; see Forky Bucks & Refunds.
- Sign-in providers: deleting Forky does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account. If you signed in with Apple, we revoke Forky’s access to your Apple ID.
- Social connections: we revoke our access to connected accounts. Posts already published to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok stay there; remove them on those platforms.
- TokiToki Studio: Forky and TokiToki Studio share a sign-in. Deleting your Forky account deletes your Studio projects too, unless you tell us to keep them.
If you’re a creator
- Stories people paid for: we may keep a paid story available to the people who unlocked it before deletion, with your name removed, so that they are not left with a purchase they can’t use. If you’d rather we remove it entirely and refund buyers, tell us when you request deletion.
- Co-authored stories: stories you made with others stay with your co-authors, with your name removed.
- Earnings: we pay out any undisputed balance above the minimum payout amount before closing your creator account. Smaller balances are forfeited unless you ask us to pay them out.
